This work package ensures the effective management and coordination of the project. It includes the development of management structures, internal communication mechanisms, quality assurance procedures, and a risk management plan to ensure the smooth implementation of all project activities.
Conducts the needs assessment and develops the adaptability framework and Creative Movement Programme that guide all project activities.
This work package focuses on understanding the behaviours, motivations, and barriers affecting older adults’ participation in physical activity. Through participatory research and citizen panels, the project will identify target groups, analyse behavioural patterns, and highlight good practices that can encourage more active lifestyles.
WP4 designs and tests innovative actions to increase physical activity among older adults. Through co-creation with citizens, pilot implementations, and evaluation in participating cities, the project will develop practical initiatives and policy recommendations to support active ageing.
This work package focuses on communicating and promoting the project’s results to key stakeholders and the wider public. Through targeted dissemination activities, the project will raise awareness, encourage stakeholder engagement, and support the uptake of its outcomes.
